Step by step#
Bring your role
On the homepage, paste your job posting URL and select Go. On the next page, review the demo privacy notice and select Analyze role. If the page is blocked, requires a login or cannot be read, use Paste job description instead. View a sample report works without submitting a posting or using your devices.
Review the extracted details
Check the role, location, shifts and requirements. Missing details say Not specified. Required, Preferred and Not specified remain separate; inspect Source in the posting to check the original wording. Correct the fields and select up to 18 requirements. With more than 18, explicitly choose the scope. Nothing is published.
Play the candidate
Select Try this role as a candidate. The existing device check lets you choose an available microphone or text route. Camera and screen sharing are optional; unsupported screen sharing does not prevent a phone interview. Review AI & privacy, then start. There are up to three answers, each limited to 60 seconds. Preparation and processing take additional time.
Inspect your actual report
The report appears after processing in the same browser, without registration or email verification. It uses your saved answers, not a predetermined sample result. Three questions cannot cover every requirement; the report shows gaps. Candidate stated is a factual self-report, while Supported example requires a concrete account. Neither independently verifies a qualification.
Keep the role for your team
After the report, choose Use this role with my team. Sign in with your work email using the existing email-code flow, complete workspace setup if needed, then explicitly save the private draft. Only the role and its source context transfer. Demo answers, recordings, photo and report stay out of the workspace. No applicants are created or contacted.
Return, expiry and deletion#
The role preview expires 24 hours after creation; its interview expires no later than that. Return in the same browser to resume or read the report. Delete demo data removes the preview and requests removal of its interview data; it does not reset abuse limits. A role already saved as a private workspace draft follows the workspace retention settings.
When the demo cannot continue#
Use one complete role, not a careers homepage with several vacancies. Descriptions are limited to 40,000 characters. An interrupted provider request is not automatically charged again. If anonymous capacity is exhausted, use View a sample report or return later. A failed preview does not publish a job.
