Step 1 of 3

Read the requirement

The report separates supported information, points needing review and missing evidence.

Fictional data · Local example only · No account changes, messages, payments or device recordings
  1. Read the requirement

The report separates supported information, points needing review and missing evidence.

  2. Expand its evidence

The quote, source reference and explanation are visible together. A quoted sentence still needs a semantic check.

  3. Read the full context

Open the question and complete answer. Here, personal experience is explicitly limited; do not turn a relative’s experience into the candidate’s.

Step by step#

  1. Read the summary in context

Open the candidate’s Report tab. Confirm the job and interview before reading the summary. It is an interpretation that must be checked against evidence.

  2. Inspect each requirement

Review Strong match, Needs review and Missing groups. Expand a requirement to see its explanation, confidence and evidence. Missing evidence is not a score of zero.

  3. Open the original answer

In an interview quote, select View question and full answer. Read the question and complete response, not only the selected excerpt. The transcript provides the wider conversation.

  4. Check available media when necessary

Where consent, retention and access allow it, use the recording controls to resolve an ambiguity. A missing or expired recording must not be treated as proof that the candidate said something else.

  5. Record uncertainty

Keep qualifications, uncertainty and open questions visible. Treat “I have a certificate” as a self-report unless someone has independently checked the document.

A defensible human review#

You can explain why a requirement appears supported and what remains unverified. Confidence is an assessment attribute, not a guarantee of truth. Recommendations do not make hiring decisions.

The quote is correct but the conclusion is wrong#

Do not approve the interpretation just because the words match. For example, “my brother drives a forklift” does not establish the candidate’s own experience. Record the concern and arrange clarification; in a staffing submission, use the quality workflow for a product defect.

Put it into practice.

Check what the candidate actually said. Work through the controls with local sample data.
