Use Copilot to find context, then inspect the sources before acting.

Before you begin

Access to relevant hiring data and an enabled Copilot in your workspace.

Step by step#

  1. Ask a specific, job-relevant question

Open Copilot and describe the role, skill or evidence you want to inspect. Keep the request within the data and jobs you are allowed to access.

  2. Read the answer and references

Follow the returned candidate or evidence references. Check the original context rather than treating a fluent answer as verified fact.

  3. Make changes in the workflow

Use the candidate or job screen to record the decision. A Copilot answer is not an automatic stage change, interview invitation or hiring decision.

Faster orientation with a review trail#

The assistant is bounded by the available evidence. An inability to support an answer is a limitation to preserve, not a reason to invent missing information.

The result cannot be supported#

Narrow the question and check that relevant data exists. Candidate search supports job-relevant skills, roles, locations and notice periods; do not request protected personal characteristics.
