Before you begin

A pilot-enabled workspace and an existing job representing one staffing assignment.

Step by step#

  1. Open Staffing assignment: confirm five facts

Use the job’s staffing setup. Enter an Assignment reference that identifies the intended assignment and client.

  2. Write all five requirements

Specify Shift availability, Start date, Hourly pay, Reaching the worksite and Practical experience. Describe the actual assignment in English. For travel, ask about reaching the site at shift start, not the candidate’s home address.

  3. Review the brief

Check every fact and the end client. Requirements must not ask for protected traits or medical or legal suitability judgments. Select the review confirmation.

  4. Confirm assignment

Save the configuration. It prepares three fixed English rounds with audio or text, up to ten minutes of answer time, and no camera or screen capture.

Five facts in three rounds#

RoundTopicsWhat to preserve
1Shift availability + start dateLimits on availability and uncertainty about the date
2Hourly pay + reaching the worksiteRequested pay and any shift-start travel limits
3Practical experienceThe candidate’s own work, separate from others’ experience and unverified documents

A confirmed, versioned assignment#

The criteria version travels with the interview and submission. New criteria are a changed assignment, not a cosmetic correction to an already approved candidate statement.

One field is still unknown#

Resolve the employer’s requirement before confirming it. An unknown candidate answer can be documented later; an unclear assignment makes the interview itself ambiguous.
