  2. Answer in your own words

Start the answer, preserve any qualifications and save it. The time shown is the round’s answer allowance.

  3. Pause and continue

Pause stops the current answer interval. Resume returns to that answer. Unsent text stays in the current tab.

Step by step#

  1. Read the current question

For staffing, three short English rounds cover five assignment facts. The first asks about shifts and start date; the second about pay and reaching the site; the third about your own practical experience.

  2. Start your answer

In the text route, choose Start answer (up to 3 minutes), then type in Your answer and use Save answer. The audio route records your response through its displayed controls.

  3. Be specific about limitations

Say when a date is uncertain, a shift has limits or a skill belongs to someone else. You do not need to turn uncertainty into certainty to complete an answer.

  4. Pause when needed

During a text answer, use Pause and then Resume answer. Submitted answers are saved. Unsent text stays in the current tab; do not assume it will survive closing the browser or switching devices.

  5. Decline or stop if you choose

Decline these questions skips that round’s topics. End interview stops the conversation. Request a human interview if you want the recruiting team to arrange another route.

Your answers are ready for human review#

A recruiter reviews the resulting evidence. In staffing, declined or missing information is shown explicitly and is not a negative performance rating. The tool does not make the hiring decision.

A connection drops or processing fails#

Follow the visible retry or resume control. Already submitted answers and unsent work are different. If you are unsure whether an answer saved, contact the recruiter rather than inventing a new application.

Put it into practice.

Pause, resume and decline. Work through the controls with local sample data.
