Before you begin

Read the notice shown for your specific employer and interview.

Step by step#

  1. Identify the organization

The disclosure names the employer or recruiting organization and its privacy contact. Their notice describes the actual process and responsibilities.

  2. Review media choices

Audio processing, retained audio, camera and screen recordings are not interchangeable. Read the options actually offered. The staffing pilot disables camera and screen capture.

  3. Consider talent-pool consent separately

Permission to retain you for later opportunities is separate from applying to the current role. Review its terms rather than assuming that completing an interview grants every future use.

  4. Send questions to the privacy contact

Use the contact in the employer’s notice for access, correction, deletion or other data questions. Include enough context to identify the application without sending your private interview token.

Choices tied to your actual process#

The notice describes retention periods, recipients, transfers and rights for the specific organization. Language selection alone does not determine jurisdiction.

The notice changed or is incomplete#

Reload and review the current version if prompted. If the company is still preparing its privacy information, use the offered human alternative or contact the recruiting team.
