Before you begin

Candidates in jobs you can access. Hiring managers see assigned work only.

Step by step#

  1. Open Candidates

Use the search field to locate a name or relevant profile information. Search results and the visible status filter determine the displayed rows.

  2. Choose a status

Use the status dropdown to narrow applications. Remember that the application stage describes the hiring process, while interview status describes a session.

  3. Open the correct application

Check the job, candidate and interview context before reviewing evidence or changing a stage.

  4. Record the next step

Use the available stage and notes controls to record your team’s decision. A score or a completed interview does not advance or reject a candidate on its own.

A focused working list#

Filtering does not change candidate data. Clear the search and select all statuses to return to the broader list.

Someone appears to be missing#

Remove filters, check the job and your access, and consider whether data retention or deletion removed the record. Do not recreate a candidate until you have checked for an existing application.

Put it into practice.

Find the applicant to review. Work through the controls with local sample data.
