Your first complete workflow
Follow a candidate from a confirmed job to a reviewed outcome.
An enabled workspace, an owner who can complete setup, and permission to work on the job.

Step by step#
Complete the foundation
In Settings, review company information, confirm context and complete the employer’s candidate privacy notices. Ask the owner to resolve missing setup before sending invitations.
Create and confirm a job
Open Jobs, create the role and review the generated requirements. Confirm the questions and answer budget. For a staffing pilot, confirm the five assignment facts instead.
Add a candidate
Open the job’s applicant intake. Upload a supported CV, or use the CV-free route for a confirmed staffing assignment. Check the candidate’s name, email and job association.
Prepare the interview
Check Interview setup, then Prepare invitation. Read the credit reservation and choose email delivery or a link. Creating a link does not deliver it to the candidate.
Wait for a reviewable result
Track the interview separately from the application stage. Processing means the report is still being prepared. A failure or a human-interview request needs follow-up.
Review and decide
Inspect the original answers. Record your assessment separately from candidate statements. For staffing, save, attest and approve before exporting the approved revision.
Check the whole chain#
The candidate, application, job and interview must all refer to the intended person and role. A completed interview is not an automatic hiring decision. Approval of a staffing submission is also separate from moving someone to the next application stage.
If you cannot finish#
A disabled action often indicates role restrictions, unconfirmed setup, insufficient available credits or an incomplete result. Read the visible message first; do not create duplicate candidates or invitations to work around a processing delay.
