One workflow. Two kinds of output.#
VANTA connects a job’s confirmed requirements with candidate intake, structured first interviews and recruiter review. It helps you inspect what a candidate actually said before deciding what happens next.
Standard interviews produce a report with requirement-level assessments and evidence. The staffing pilot produces a five-fact candidate submission with explicit information states and recruiter approval. A staffing submission does not need an overall suitability score.

Confirm the job
Review company context, job requirements and the questions before inviting candidates.
Collect answers
Add an applicant, prepare an invitation and let the candidate choose an available interview route or request a human alternative.
Read the evidence
Open the report or submission. Check original answers, qualifications, missing information and contradictions.
Make and record a human decision
Update the application stage or approve the staffing submission. Share only the reviewed material with the intended audience.
What a good result looks like#
Another recruiter can understand the requirement, see the supporting answer and identify what is still unknown. A real quotation alone does not prove that the surrounding interpretation is correct.
