Review real quotes, invoices and effective dates before confirming billing changes.

Step by step#
Open Settings → Billing
Review Current plan, subscription status, the displayed period and usage. Use the current catalog instead of assuming a price from an old document.
Review a new plan or change
Choose an available plan. Existing subscription changes can show Preview change with Amount due and Effective from; read both before Confirm change.
Manage invoices and subscription
Use Manage invoices & subscription for the available billing portal. Add 10 credits appears only when the current plan and subscription state permit it.
Cancel deliberately
Use Cancel subscription and read the confirmation. The supported cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period shown in the flow.
A confirmed billing state#
After checkout, wait for the workspace to confirm the result. A return page alone is not proof that credits were granted. Beta test purchases do not increase the real AI allowance.
Checkout or a change is unavailable#
Check the visible subscription status and deployment availability. Existing payments or reservations may need settlement before currency changes. Ask support to reconcile unexpected results rather than submitting repeated purchases.
