Step by step#
Open branding settings
In Settings, review the company’s accent color, logo and available branding options. Save your changes and check the candidate-facing result.
Prepare the public jobs
Keep roles you want to recruit for active. A draft or closed job is not a substitute for an open public listing.
Review the careers page
Use the careers preview/link from the workspace. Check company name, location, open roles and the application entry for each role.
Publish deliberately
Use the careers publishing control when the page and notices are ready. Share the public page or job application link rather than an internal workspace URL.
A consistent first impression#
Candidates should recognize the company, role and application destination. Staffing exports use the branding recorded for their submission, so check a newly prepared output rather than assuming an older approved revision changed.
A public job is missing#
Check career publication, the job’s active status and privacy setup. Open the public URL outside the recruiter’s workspace to verify what a candidate can see.
