Three credit balances#

BalanceMeaning
AvailableCapacity that can be reserved for another interview
ReservedCapacity held by invitations or interviews in progress
ConsumedUsage recorded after a valid report

Step by step#

  1. Check Subscription & usage

Owners can open Settings → Billing. Compare Available, Reserved and Consumed instead of looking only at the total balance.

  2. Read the invitation quote

The dialog shows the actual reservation before invitation. The standard credit convention is one credit for 20 minutes; a 10-minute interview corresponds to half a credit.

  3. Check staffing usability separately

In the staffing pilot, the submission shows whether one usable report was counted after review. Do not equate this business unit with the workspace’s duration-based credit reservation.

Clear accounting language#

A reservation is not a completed result. A completed session is not necessarily a usable staffing report. A candidate’s mismatch with the role does not invalidate an otherwise accurate, usable report.

The balance is restricted#

Ask the owner to inspect billing status and outstanding reservations. Refund processing can require manual reconciliation. A quality-case record does not directly change a Stripe payment.

Staffing pilot terms are agreed separately. Use the offer agreed with your organization and the current workspace checkout rather than inferring a subscription from a quality-case form.
