A confirmed job profile. Review the end-client context for CRM-linked roles.

Step by step#

  1. Open the job’s Interview setup

Choose the mode and duration offered in the screen. Mode presets configure the answer allocation; custom settings still need to fit the available budget.

  2. Select the core questions

Choose the questions every candidate should receive. The screen shows the number of selected questions and time reserved for each. Follow-ups use the remaining budget.

  3. Review media choices

Check camera and screen settings where available. These are distinct from audio processing and candidate consent. In the staffing pilot, camera and screen capture are disabled.

  4. Confirm the current version

Review the end client if the job is linked to a CRM client, then save. If the role changed while you were editing, use Load current version and review again.

An interview plan that can be completed#

Questions, timing and the job snapshot are confirmed together. A ten-minute answer budget does not mean every candidate will spend exactly ten wall-clock minutes in the entire flow; preparation, question delivery and processing are separate.

The setup is stale or over budget#

Do not remove a warning by changing unrelated settings. Reload a stale job. For a budget error, reduce the selected questions or adjust the supported allocation, then confirm again.
