Step by step#
Check identity and criteria
Confirm candidate, assignment reference and criteria version at the top of Candidate submission.
Review all five facts
Read the complete answers, selected excerpts, information states and contradictions. A substantive candidate answer must remain identifiable as a self-report.
Save edits first
Use Save edits — review required. Saving and approval are separate actions. Unsaved edits prevent the review attestation and export.
Attest to your review
Check the statement confirming review of original answers, statuses, relevance, qualifications, refusals, contradictions and exclusion of protected information.
Approve this revision
The state becomes Approved for the saved revision. Check whether a usable report was counted; structural usability and suitability are different.
Usable does not mean suitable#
A usable report treats all five facts, contains at least one substantive assignment answer, preserves its evidence and limitations, and has no material technical gap. Missing or declined individual facts can remain visible. A candidate who explicitly cannot work the offered shift can still produce a usable report.
A session containing only refusals is documented but has no substantive answer to count. A reviewed submission with a technical gap does not become a usable unit simply because the layout is readable.
An approved revision, not a permanent label#
The approved snapshot remains identifiable. A later edit requires a new review. Counting is controlled so repeated processing or a remedied interview does not create another usable unit.
Approve is disabled#
Save unsaved edits, review every Review required state and complete the attestation. A blocked product-issue revision needs the quality workflow; changing an unrelated field does not clear it.
Put it into practice.
Approve, then make a change. Work through the controls with local sample data.
