Before you begin

Your private interview invitation from the recruiting organization and a supported browser with a stable connection.

Step by step#

  1. Open your own invitation

Check the company and role. Keep the link private. If the invitation is expired or belongs to the wrong person or job, contact the recruiting team.

  2. Read the information before starting

Review the employer’s privacy notice, interview process and available choices. Do not accept details you cannot understand or that appear incorrect.

  3. Choose an available route

Follow the audio or text options shown in your invitation. The staffing pilot offers English audio or text and does not use camera or screen recording. Other interview configurations may offer different media choices.

  4. Check your device

For audio, allow the microphone in the browser when requested and complete the displayed device check. Use a quiet place and headphones if they help. Text entry does not require a microphone.

  5. Start when you are ready

Read the question before answering. Use the human-alternative option if the available format does not work for you.

An informed start#

Opening a link is not the same as consenting to every recording option. Read each displayed choice; optional media and talent-pool consent are separate from the interview itself.

The microphone check fails#

Check browser permission and the selected input device. Close another application using the microphone and retry. If the problem persists, use the available text or human alternative instead of repeatedly restarting the interview.
