Before you begin

CRM processing enabled on the deployment, an owner-configured connection and a validated active field mapping. Availability is deployment-specific.

Step by step#

  1. Have the owner review the connection

In Integrations, inspect the Salesforce or Seven20 configuration and connection status. An administrator must install and configure the matching CRM side.

  2. Validate mapping and team assignments

Review the loaded object, field and relationship mapping before activation. Map Salesforce users to existing VANTA team members; owners and recruiters can use interview actions.

  3. Review imported jobs and clients

Confirm the role’s end client and requirements before interview setup. If the CRM changes the role while you edit, reload the current version and review it again.

  4. Follow synchronization activity

Inspect pending or failed activity and the visible error. Resolve the underlying connection, mapping or permission problem before retrying the affected operation.

A configured exchange of specific data#

This is a bounded integration with mapped records and supported actions. It is not a promise that every ATS field, status or external report format synchronizes automatically.

Processing is not enabled#

Existing configuration and activity may remain visible while processing is disabled. Ask the owner to finish deployment and mapping setup; do not manually publish connector credentials or copy them into CRM records.
