We answer specific questions from recruitment agencies and hiring teams. Our focus is qualifying interviews, traceable evidence and practical recruiting workflows.

How articles are created

Our editorial process uses AI for research, drafting and German localization. Before automatic publication, sources are independently fetched, content undergoes structural checks and both language versions receive an AI editorial review. Articles that fail these checks remain unpublished. These checks cannot eliminate every error.

What to expect

We link sources, label hypothetical examples and distinguish available product features from plans. We do not invent customers, studies or performance figures. Articles represent VANTA’s perspective and are not independent product tests or individual legal advice.

Corrections

If you find an error, send us the article link and the relevant passage using the contact in our legal notice. We review the issue and correct or withdraw the article. Substantive changes receive an updated date.
